To enroll your child in camp you need to follow these steps.

1. 1.Fill out the enrollment form below. 
   

2. 2.Fill out the health form located here: Health Form and send it in.
   

3. 3.Send in your check, either for the full balance (recommended), or a $60. minimum deposit.                                                                  
   

                            *A minimum of $60. is required with any registration and is NOT refundable.
